A new love story titled ‘Saajanaa’ is all set to launch on the Marathi small screen. The show will portray a strong and intense love story between the protagonists. Showcasing every shade of love, this story is from the rural area where the male lead belongs to a rich and wealthy family, however, the girl comes from a poor background.
The male lead character will be played by the well-known actor Abhijeet Shwetachandra, who was earlier seen in the show Baaji. On the other hand, the makers have introduced a totally new face for the role of the female lead. Pooja Birari will be seen essaying the role of the female protagonist in this upcoming love story.
The title track of this show is also out and is on the lines of romance and passionate love. The song is sung by Swapnil Bandodkar and his soulful rendition added added value to the lyrics, according to the makers of the show. It has been composed by the renowned duo Avinash-Vishwajit and the lyrics are penned by the well-known poet Soumitra.
While talking about the song, Swapnil said, “It’s a beautiful song and extremely soothing to the heart. The song fits the show perfectly well and the viewers will feel like actually listening to it on repeat. I just can’t wait for the show to launch as I am excited to know the viewers feedback on the entire song.”
