In the movie “The Elephant Whisperers,” two abandoned elephants and their keepers form an unbreakable friendship. Producing credit for it goes to Sikhya Entertainment’s Guneet Monga and Achin Jain.
In the past, “Smile Pinki” and “Period. End Of Sentence,” two entries with Indian settings, received Oscars for Documentary Short. For “Period,” Monga served as executive producer.
