The Cannes Film Festival 2023 showcased not only the glamour of the silver screen but also the elegance of sustainable fashion. Among the stars who mesmerized audiences with their impeccable style was former Miss World Manushi Chhillar. From her debut in a breathtaking white Fovari tiered gown to her show-stopping black gown by Saiid Kobeisy, and finally, her enchanting pastel blue gown, Manushi proved that sustainable fashion can be both dazzling and ethereal.
Manushi Chhillar looked like a vision in her pastel blue gown on Cannes Day 3. The alluring floral gown boasted a dramatic silhouette, exuding elegance and chicness. Its strapless design featured a structured bodice and an asymmetric skirt that gracefully cascaded with a short front and a trailing train at the back. Multiple layers of tulle added a dreamy and princess-like touch to the ensemble. Completing her look, Manushi accessorized with a golden necklace and a pair of golden heels. Her hair flowed freely with a center partition, and her makeup was flawlessly executed. The captivating pictures are bound to leave you spellbound.
While Manushi Chhillar stole the spotlight, other celebrities such as Sara Ali Khan, Mrunal Thakur, and Esha Gupta also made their dazzling debuts at the Cannes Film Festival 2023, adding to the allure of sustainable fashion.
Looking beyond the red carpet, Manushi Chhillar continues to make strides in her career. After her Bollywood debut as Sanyogita in the 2022 film “Samrat Prithviraj,” she is set to grace the screen in the film “Tehran,” co-starring John Abraham. In an exclusive conversation, Manushi revealed the stark contrast between her previous role and the upcoming one. “Samrat Prithviraj and Tehran are two completely different worlds, timelines, and characters,” she stated. “Everything is so different in terms of their thinking, appearance, and actions. There is actually nothing that is a point of similarity between the two. But I can’t reveal much about my character. All I can say is that this is something very new, and it will be completely opposite to what people have seen me as Princess Sanyogita.”
In addition to her role in “Tehran,” Manushi will also captivate audiences in “Operation Valentine” alongside Varun Tej, showcasing her versatility and talent in diverse projects.
