Satish Kaushik, a veteran actor, was put to rest in Mumbai by members of the Hindi film industry, including his family and friends. The actor-director was 66 years old. Kaushik, who stole audiences and fans’ hearts with unforgettable characters such as Calender from ‘Mr India’ and Pappu Pager from ‘Deewana Mastana,’ died of a heart attack in Delhi. As the industry mourns his passing, Satish, Anil Kapoor, and Anupam Kher have known each other for over 40 years. They have collaborated on various films and enjoyed memorable experiences.
Anil wrote in a heartfelt post, “The industry’s Laurels have lost their Hardy… The Three Musketeers lost their most skilled, giving, and loving Musketeer, and I lost my little brother… gone far too soon… Satish, I adore you… Anupam Kher.” Anil Kapoor also shared numerous photos with the late actor. The first image is a monochrome photograph of Anil Kapoor and Satish Kaushik, which is followed by a photograph taken on the sets of Mr India.

Anil and Satish enjoy a wonderful friendship both on and off the set. Mr. India, Ram Lakhan, Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai, Gharwali Baharwali, and many other films have featured the pair.
“I Received a call late last night from my mum with the dreadful news of Satish sirs dying it was a bizarre moment one of those where everything you’re concentrating about loses meaning and your perspective changes in a split second,” wrote Anil’s son and actor Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor.I started to think about a lot of things, like how people come into your life for a reason, teach you great things, teach you about humility and undying passion, and you listen to them talk about the years gone by with love and nostalgia. When I would listen to these pieces of life from someone like Satish ji, all my anxieties about where I am and where I’m going would melt away.
