Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani’s trailer created quite a buzz among fans, and social media users with keen eyes spotted Ananya Panday in a song sequence alongside Ranveer Singh. Although Alia Bhatt and Ranveer are the lead pair in this Karan Johar film, recent reports suggest that not only Ananya but also Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Sara Ali Khan will make cameo appearances in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.
Fans were quick to spot Ananya Panday in the trailer
Fans eagerly watching the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani trailer caught a glimpse of Ananya Panday. The actress was seen dancing alongside Ranveer Singh in what seems to be a captivating dance number in the film. Screenshots of the particular moment when Ananya appears in the trailer went viral on social media on Tuesday. However, it appears that Ananya might not be the only actor making an appearance in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.
Varun, Janhvi, and Sara’s special appearances
According to a source close to the film, Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Sara Ali Khan will also be making small cameo appearances in a song from Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The source revealed, “Varun Dhawan has a brief cameo in a song from Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, along with Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Ananya Panday. Varun visited the sets to meet Karan, and since they were already filming that song, he spontaneously joined in for a step. Varun, Ananya, Janhvi, and Sara will be featured in the same song, which serves as the introduction track for Ranveer Singh’s character.”
Trailer release of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani
Karan Johar took to Instagram on Tuesday to share the trailer and wrote, “The power of love and the power of families – both are undefeatable. Presenting to you the trailer of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani – a glimpse of the grand celebration that lies ahead. In cinemas on 28th July.” The trailer received praise from numerous celebrities, including Kareena Kapoor and Anurag Kashyap.
Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is the second collaboration between Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt after their successful film Gully Boy. Additionally, it marks Karan Johar’s directorial comeback since Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016).
