After announcing her pregnancy announcement, Sonam Kapoor has stayed out of the spotlight. In August of last year, she gave birth to her first child, a boy named Vayu, along with her spouse Anand Ahuja. Sonam is eager to get back to work shortly after her maternity leave because she had to turn down a number of opportunities.
The actress was recently spotted at a Mumbai event. She said that her job had not at all been impacted by her absence from Mumbai and frequent travel between India and the UK.
She continued by saying that deciding to take a pregnant leave from work was the best move because it allowed her to take some time off. There is much to look forward to, she added, adding that she is now returning to work and will also be filming for her next movies.
According to a comment by Sonam, when asked about the types of roles she hopes to be cast in,”I think everyone also needs to realise that I am coming back to work. Also, I did say no to a lot of work while I was on a break.”
Sonam’s forthcoming film appearance will be in Shome Makhija’s action movie Blind, starring Sujoy Ghosh. A blind policeman on the hunt for a serial killer is the story’s main character. Before becoming pregnant, she had the film shot.
