In a recent episode of Bigg Boss 17, Ankita Lokhande opened up about her late former partner, the actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who tragically passed away in his Bandra residence on June 14, 2020. During a conversation with Abhishek in the garden area, she discussed how Abhishek’s demeanor reminded her of Sushant and shared her husband Vicky Jain’s support during the challenging period following Sushant’s demise.
Ankita Lokhande remarked to Abhishek Kumar, “When you roam around in pants and without a shirt, you remind me of Sushant. His physique was like this.” To this, the Udaariyan actor replied, “Our journeys are also similar, the background.” Ankita added, “He wasn’t very aggressive; he never got angry. Sushant was very calm. He put in another level of hard work, showcasing immense dedication and passion. However, when you pay such close attention to details, it’s natural to be affected by the highs and lows.”

Further delving into her memories of Sushant, Ankita revealed, “I am very easy-going. Sushant would delve deep into everything. He would be affected by what people were saying about him on Twitter. He would contemplate people’s opinions extensively. This was quite normal because he hailed from a small town.”
She also disclosed that her husband Vicky was a friend of Sushant, saying, “Vicky was also Sushant’s friend. He has been incredibly supportive during these trying times. When there’s nothing one can do when someone has passed away, you have to be supportive. There was no one else to support. Vicky handled everything with great care. Without his support, I wouldn’t have been able to manage.”
Meanwhile, the drama and developments continue in Bigg Boss 17. Soniya Bansal was the first contestant to face eviction from the house, and Manasvi Mamgai has also been ousted.
