Imran Khan, the Bollywood actor, recently took to Instagram to share his experiences and memories from the shooting of his last film, Katti Batti. The film, which was released in 2015 and starred Kangana Ranaut, turned out to be Khan’s final performance.
In his post, Khan revealed that he was unaware that Katti Batti would be his last film. He shared pictures from the set and spoke about the pressure he felt to deliver a successful film, given that it had been two years since his previous outing.

Khan praised the cast and crew of Katti Batti, including director Nikhil Advani and co-star Kangana Ranaut. He also mentioned Mithila Palkar, who he still considers as a little sister, and his on-screen best friend Abhishek Saha.

Imran Khan admitted that the premise of Katti Batti might seem far-fetched to some. The film tells the story of a dying girl who orchestrates a massive lie to hide her illness from the man she loves. Despite this, Khan found a connection with his character, Madhav, an old-fashioned romantic whose love for Payal remains unshakeable even as his world starts to crumble.
However, Katti Batti did not perform well at the box office, which Khan confessed broke his heart a little. Despite this setback, Khan remains hopeful about his future in acting and has promised his Instagram followers that he will sign a new project if they show enough interest.
