Salman Khan recently discussed his preference for working in movies featuring multiple heroes, highlighting how it contributes to higher box office returns. In an interview with Zoom, the actor reflected on an era where multi-hero films were commonplace, emphasizing their appeal and commercial success.
Recalling the past, Salman khan reminisced, “During my early days, when there was a lull in the audience turnout for my solo films, I opted to collaborate with actors like Sunny Deol and Sanjay Dutt. These collaborations, featuring two heroes and their respective fan bases, significantly boosted box office collections. The joint appeal often doubled the movie’s earnings.”
Expressing his fondness for working alongside various actors, Salman shared, “I’ve collaborated with a diverse set of talents – from Sanjay Kapoor and Anil Kapoor to Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Akshay Kumar. However, the younger generation seems disinclined towards such multi-hero projects for some reason.”
He further emphasized the success of films involving multiple leads, citing examples like ‘No Entry,’ co-starring Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan, as “super duper hits,” highlighting the joyous experiences during the shooting period.
